Manchester City striker, Liam Delap, is reportedly close to sealing a loan move away from the Etihad Stadium this summer.
The 20-year-old had two loan spells away from the Manchester club last season, spending the first half of the season with Stoke City, before joining Preston North End in the previous January transfer window.
Now though, the striker looks to be on the move again this time around.
Delap close to loan exit

In a recent Twitter post, journalist Mike McGrath said this on the matter.
He said: “Hull City are close to sealing a season-long loan for Manchester City striker Liam Delap.”
During his 22 Championship games with Stoke in the first half of last season, the Englishman only managed to score three goals.
Then after joining Preston, Delap could only find the net on one occasion across 15 league games.

His performances for Stoke earned the Englishman a rather underwhelming season rating of 6.38/10 from WhoScored, which then led to him picking up an even lower overall performance rating of 6.07/10 during his time at Deepdale.
This shows that both loan spells in the second division last season didn’t particularly work out well for him and hadn’t put him in a position to become a regular player for Guardiola back at City.
Now that the centre-forward, who Pep Guardiola once described as being an “important” player for City in the future, looks set to be taking on another challenge in the Championship, this time with Hull, it’s safe to say that all parties will be hoping the youngster can have a better period on loan this time around than he did last season.
