Aymeric Laporte has reportedly agreed a deal to join Al Nassr from Manchester City.
The defender has been linked with a move away from the Manchester club this summer, which was looking increasingly likely since the arrival of Josko Gvardiol.
Now though, a big development has emerged regarding the Spaniard and his future.
Laporte agrees Al Nassr deal

In a recent Twitter post, journalist Rudy Galetti had this to say on the matter.
He said: “Aymeric #Laporte from #ManCity to #AlNassr is a DONE DEAL: everything confirmed.”
Back in the 2018 January transfer window, the Citizens spent a then club record fee of £57m to sign the centre-back from Athletic Bilbao.
Since then, the 29-year-old has made 180 appearances for the Manchester club across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and winning numerous trophies along the way including five Premier League titles.

Having only started 11 league games last season and racked up just 11 minutes of action across City’s three games they’ve played so far in this campaign ahead of tonight’s league outing against Newcastle United, it’s safe to say that the Spain international has slipped down the pecking order in recent months.
This, therefore, makes it easy to see why he has apparently agreed a deal to make a move to Saudi Arabia and link up with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane at Al Nassr.
Given the number of trophies he’s won at the Etihad Stadium since his arrival, it’s safe to say that Laporte had a very successful time at the club and, if this latest update is true and he ends up leaving, he will definitely be seen as a very successful signing the Citizens have made since Guardiola’s arrival.
