It’s all on the line on the final day of the season as Manchester City and Arsenal duke it out for the Premier League title.
It’s been a long, gruelling campaign with Manchester City and Arsenal going at it neck-and-neck for the past nine months.
Liverpool were also contenders before they slipped out of the running last month, leaving a two-horse race.
Pep Guardiola’s side have the ascendency going into Sunday, as they hold a two-point advantage over the Gunners after defeating their rivals Tottenham 2-0 on Wednesday.
City will welcome West Ham to the Etihad Stadium on match week 38 while Arsenal take on Everton.
Here are the possible outcomes that could see the Premier League title head to either Manchester or London on what may be another dramatic conclusion to a campaign.

How Man City can win the Premier League title
For City, the job is very simple. Should they defeat West Ham then regardless of what Arsenal do against Everton they will win the league for a record fourth time in a row.
In fact, if they match or better Arsenal’s result, they will also claim the crown.
The Blues could draw and if Mikel Arteta’s side failed to win themselves then they would still emerge triumphant. Likewise, if both teams manage to somehow draw or lose.
However, anything less than a win would be a very dangerous result for City.

How Arsenal can win the Premier League title
All Arsenal can do is defeat lowly Everton and pray for a slip-up at the Etihad.
Should Arsenal win and City draw, then they would clinch the title on goal difference as they have a one-goal advantage going into the final day.
That would be a remarkable way to win their first title since 2004, one City know well after doing the same thing to Manchester United in 2012.
If Arsenal win and City lose, then they will win the league by a single point.

Will Man City win the Premier League title?
Given City are on a remarkable run of form having not lost a Premier League game since December and West Ham have literally nothing to play for, it’s hard to see anything but another title celebration at the Etihad.
Yet, City do tend to make these foregone conclusions more difficult than they need to be and if Arsenal go top early, it’s easy to imagine panic setting in.
City should win the title but we will have to wait to find out.
