Manchester City are back in domestic action this weekend with a Premier League match against Fulham waiting for them on Saturday.
City secured their first Champions League win of the season in midweek as they beat Slovan Bratislava 4-0 away from home.
With Pep Guardiola’s side now turning their attention back to the Premier League, they will be aiming to keep their unbeaten streak going at the Etihad Stadium this weekend against the Cottagers.
Having played six league matches, the Blues have won four and drawn two, both of which came in their two previous fixtures against Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Looking ahead to this clash with Fulham, one pundit has not only shared his score prediction for the game but also backed the home side to do something they haven’t done for a while this season.

Chris Sutton makes Man City claim ahead of Fulham clash
In a recent article for BBC Sport where he previewed and predicted the scores for this weekend’s round of Premier League fixtures, Chris Sutton said this about City’s showdown with Fulham.
He said: “I’ve got Fulham wrong a few times this season by underestimating them. I am still not going to back them to get anything at Etihad Stadium though.
“Manchester City were not quite at it against Newcastle last weekend, whether that was down to Rodri’s absence or not, and they will have to do better this time – which is what I am expecting to happen.
“Fulham have got a nice balance to them, but can they keep City out? They lost this fixture 5-1 last season with Erling Haaland scoring a hat-trick and, while they might suffer less damage this time, I can still only see one outcome.
“The big question for me is whether City keep a clean sheet.
“They have conceded in their past five league games, but based on the law of averages – so nothing scientific – I think that run will end here. 3-0.”
Sutton isn’t the only pundit to share his thoughts on this upcoming match, as Paul Merson recently said that Guardiola must start Jack Grealish against Fulham due to how hard he works for City.
How many clean sheets do City have this season?
Out of their six league matches so far this season, City have only been able to keep one clean sheet.
This came in their opening match of the campaign where they beat Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.
Since then, the Blues have conceded at least one goal against the other five clubs they’ve played.
Even though City have faced fewer shots at their goal (44) this season than any other side in the division, five clubs, including Fulham, have conceded fewer goals than them.
Taking that on board, with clean sheets being rather rare for City so far in this latest league campaign, it’ll be interesting to see if the home side can start to buck that trend by not conceding against Fulham on Saturday.
