BBC pundit Stephen Warnock believes Manchester City have the advantage over Liverpool and Arsenal in the Premier League title race thanks to two players.
It’s shaping up to be one of the most tightly contested league season in recent memory, with all three teams duking it out at the top of the table.
Liverpool lead the way on 54 points but both City and the Gunners are hot on their heels just two points behind, with both clubs sitting on 52 points.
Not since the 2013/14 season a decade ago has the gap between the top three sides stood at just two points at this stage of the campaign.
With the business end of the season heating up, it looks set to be a thrilling run-in but Warnock thinks Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne give City the edge.
Stephen Warnock gives Man City the advantage in the Premier League race
Asked to predict who would win the title on BBC’s Match of the Day 2 , Warnock said: “It is impossible [to predict] but what the great thing is we’ve got three great teams going toe-to-toe.
“It’s going to be up and down now until the end of the season, the big thing is for me is Man City still have the know-how.
“They still have the squad-depth. They also have Kevin De Bruyne and Haaland and I think they’re the game-changers. The differences in big games.”

Man City hitting form at the best time
Liverpool and Arsenal are of course in the race – and the Premier League is all the better for it – but the signs from the Etihad Stadium must be ominous for them.
Pep Guardiola’s side are hitting their relentless stride at the perfect time once again. The sort of form that won them a treble last season and many trophies in the years gone by.
Even in flat performances which they have dropped points in before, like against Everton on Saturday, they are finding the break through and emerging victorious.
That’s now 10 wins on the bounce in all competitions with both Haaland and De Bruyne reaching their best after injury stints.
The duo combined for the second goal against the Toffees and it’s a partnership that’s going to be lethal in the coming weeks.
