Manchester City are Premier League champions following Arsenal’s defeat to Nottingham Forest yesterday.
It was expected that Pep Guardiola’s side would have to beat Chelsea today in order to seal the deal.

But the Gunners falling short on Saturday meant City could just enjoy themselves against the Blues.
Lots of people are now suggesting their Teams of the Season and understandably, a number of City players feature.
It will soon be time for the official PFA Team of the Season to drop, and there will undoubtedly be at least a few Etihad stars.
Erling Haaland is pretty much guaranteed. And Kevin De Bruyne is also highly like to make it.
Those two were both picked by Brentford defender Ben Mee, who has shared his XI on Twitter.
The former City player, who never made an appearance for the first-team, has opted for four Citizens stars.
As well as De Bruyne and Haaland, he has also picked Nathan Ake and Ilkay Gundogan.
Ake has been massively impressive this season for City, featuring on the left side of the defence.
The Netherlands international has been utterly solid. And Gundogan has also been very good, especially in the last couple of months.
Interestingly, Mee overlooked Rodri, who has arguably been one of City’s best players this season. The Spaniard has played a huge amount of football, and has excelled at the base of the midfield.
Instead, Mee opted for Arsenal’s Martin Odegaard alongside De Bruyne and Gundogan.
Manchester City star Rodri should make PFA Team of the Season, as Ben Mee shares his XI
It is interesting that Mee overlooked Rodri for his Team of the Season.
There is no doubt that every player should be voting him in.
He has been one of City’s most important players this season and very rarely puts in a performance that is below 8/10.

The £62 million man is just supreme at controlling games, and he is excellent at snuffing out attacks.
He is the best in the world in his position and he has had his best season since coming to City.
Quite simply, it would be a travesty if he missed out on Team of the Season.
