Among the players Manchester City sent out on loan in the summer transfer window was Taylor Harwood-Bellis, who was in action for Southampton against Leeds United at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Championship this past Saturday afternoon.
Taylor Harwood-Bellis has come through the Manchester City academy system and has been out on loan at a number of clubs over the years.
Harwood-Bellis has had loan spells at Blackburn Rovers, Anderlecht, Stoke City and Burnley in recent years.
And, he is still 21.

The England Under-21 international centre-back moved to Southampton on loan from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
The Saints are playing in the Championship this season after getting relegated from the Premier League at the end of the last campaign.

It has not been going well for Harwood-Bellis at Southampton, but there were some very promising signs over the weekend.
The youngster started for Southampton against Leeds at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Championship this past Saturday afternoon.
And, as you can see below, some Southampton fans were hugely impressed by the display produced by the 21-year-old.
Southampton beat Leeds 3-1 in front of their own fans.
Russell Martin’s side are 10th in the Championship table at the moment with 13 points from nine matches.
The Saints are three points off the playoff spots and are nine points behind Ipswich Town in second.

Taylor Harwood-Bellis did well for Southampton against Leeds United.
While the 21-year-old made some bad decisions with his passes early on, the Manchester City-owned defender grew in confidence as the game went on.
The youngster was solid throughout his time on the pitch and kept the Leeds attackers at bay for most of the game.
The Southern Daily Echo rated the performance of Harwood-Bellis 7 out of 10.
Against Leeds, Harwood-Bellis had a pass accuracy of 87%, took 67 touches, and made three interceptions and five clearances.
