Emmanuel Petit believes Manchester City have a superior wide player in their ranks to both Omar Marmoush and Gabriel Martinelli.
Pep Guardiola has several top-quality wingers at his disposal, such as Marmoush himself, Savinho, Jeremy Doku and Oscar Bobb.
Even Ruben Dias admitted Doku is in brilliant form and currently, a case can be made that he is the Premier League’s best left-winger.
Manchester City believe Savinho is a top talent as well while Pep Guardiola is a huge admirer of Bobb.
However, both Martinelli and Marmoush have proven how dangerous they can be.

Emmanuel Petit perhaps needs no reminding of both players’ respective qualities.
With Martinelli being in and out of Arsenal’s starting XI and Marmoush being injured, both wide forwards will have to remind the world why they tormented defences once they start regularly again.
Emmanuel Petit was asked by talkSPORT which player out of Jeremy Doku, Martinelli and Marmoush he would name in a combined XI featuring Arsenal and Manchester City’s stars.
Petit replied: “Doku.”

Based on the stats, Martinelli and Doku both have three goal involvements.
Marmoush has provided one assist while Doku has one less goal than the Brazilian but two assists.
However, Emmanuel Petit has probably made the right choice solely based on current form as Doku is outplaying both Martinelli and Marmoush.
