Erling Haaland has responded to Jack Grealish’s latest Instagram post following Manchester City’s treble-winning season.
After England’s recent 7-0 win over North Macedonia, the winger took to social media to share a heartfelt post about the recent season and what it has been like for him.
This then led to one of the winger’s teammates at City responding with a tongue-in-cheek message.
Haaland responds to Grealish’s latest Instagram post
In response to Grealish’s post, Haaland said this: “Enjoy brother! Take it easy…. Not.”

Throughout their first season together at the Etihad Stadium, the two attacking players featured in 40 games at the same time across all competitions, with Grealish providing four assists for Haaland in that time.
Despite only being club teammates for a year, the duo quickly struck a close friendship, with the striker naming the Englishman as his best friend in football back in May.
Around the same time, the winger described his relationship with Haaland as a “great” one, which helps them play well together on the pitch.

Given the extravagant celebrations that the City players, especially Grealish, had following their Champions League victory over Inter Milan in Istanbul, it’s easy to see why Haaland has made a joke about his teammate having a quiet summer.
Moving forward, if the pair can continue playing well together on the pitch for Pep Guardiola’s side, they’ll give the Citizens a strong chance of having another successful season next time out.
