Aside from the Etihad Stadium, Erling Haaland has named his favourite stadium he has played in during his career.
Considering Haaland has played for clubs in Norway, Austria, Germany and England while also competing in the Champions League and for his nation as well, he has played in various legendary stadiums around the world.
For instance, just last season, the revered goalscorer had the experience of playing in the semi-final of Europe’s elite competition for Pep Guardiola’s men at the Santiago Bernabeu, which is regarded as one of the most historic stadiums in the history of football.

For Borussia Dortmund as well, the Norwegian international had the opportunity to face Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on numerous occasions and the Parc des Princes when going toe-to-toe with Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League in 2020.
Despite just being 23 years of age, Haaland has plenty of experience when it comes to playing in some of the best stadiums in world football.
But when quizzed about his favourite stadium aside from Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium, Erling Haaland names Borussia Dortmund’s iconic home ground as his pick.

“I’ll take Signal Iduna Park, the Dortmund one”, he said on The Official Man City Podcast (via YouTube).
Of course, the Leeds-born finisher was a hero for the Dortmund supporters, who are renowned for the electric atmosphere they create at the Signal Iduna Park, week in and week out.
“The Yellow Wall”, which refers to the south stand in the stadium is particularly known to be extremely vocal on matchdays, especially when facing elite opposition.
Ahead of Manchester City’s 2-1 victory against the German giants in the Champions League during the 2020/2021 season, Erling Haaland was heard (via Sky Sports) reacting to walking into the Etihad Stadium saying, “Beautiful, huh?”
It seems like Haaland has always had his sights set on playing in one of English football’s most popular grounds.
