Pep Guardiola put the last touches on his Manchester City squad on deadline day with the Citizens agreeing some last-gasp signings and granting a few outgoing transfers.
The Etihad Stadium side will now hope Guardiola has enough talent at his disposal to defend their European treble. Manchester City conquered the continent in 2022/23 to lift a maiden Champions League title. Guardiola also guided them to Premier League and FA Cup honours.
But since conquering all in 2022/23, Guardiola said farewell to some important players, such as Ilkay Gundogan and Riyad Mahrez. The Citizens moved to replace the departed duo this summer with Mateo Kovacic and Jeremey Doku. Josko Gvardiol also arrived from RB Leipzig.

Deadline day also delivered a flurry of transfers as Guardiola put the finishing touches on his Manchester City squad. So, with that in mind, here are the deals that the Citizens secured as the window slammed shut. Guardiola will hope they are enough to conquer all in 2023/24…
