Palmer started for Chelsea against his former club City on Sunday.

Well, Manchester City were in action in the Premier League on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola’s side took on Chelsea away from home at Stamford Bridge in London.

The match ended in a 4-4 draw.

It was arguably the best and most entertaining Premier League game so far this season.

Cole Palmer started the match for Chelsea.

The 21-year-old joined Chelsea from defending Premier League champions City in the summer transfer window.

The England Under-21 international started the game and scored from the penalty spot in the fifth minute of injury time.

That goal saw Chelsea draw the match against City and pick up a point.

Against City, Palmer took three shots, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 78.1%, took 51 touches, attempted one dribble, made one tackle and one clearance, and put in two crosses.

There was an occasion in the second half when the 21-year-old almost scored a brilliant solo goal.

I personally do not that Palmer was at his absolute best against City.

I have seen the attacker play better for Chelsea this season.

City are at the top of the Premier League table with 28 points from 12 matches.

Pep Guardiola’s side are a point ahead of Liverpool and Arsenal, who are second and third respectively in the standings.
