It was ultimately the versatile defender’s run and pass that led to McAtee’s opener in his side’s triumph on Wednesday.

“Yeah, he was so good. I said to him before, ‘Oh, you’re playing higher up today’ and he said, ‘yeah, I’ve played there before’ so he wasn’t too fussed. You can see that out there as well.”
“Even when he was younger, he used to play in all those kind of positions so I don’t think it bothers him at all.”
