Erling Haaland is not banging in the goals for fun at the moment, but the Manchester City striker has been backed to find the back of the net against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Manchester City will face Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the Premier League on Sunday.
Erling Haaland will start.
And, according to former Derby County player and BBC 606 pundit Robbie Savage, the 23-year-old Norway international striker will score.
The pundit has also predicted City, who won the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup last season, to beat Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal 2-1.
Erling Haaland backed to score for Manchester City vs Arsenal
Savage told Football365: “Arsenal 1-2 Man City.
“Arsenal’s record against Man City is quite dramatically poor.
“In their last 12 Premier League meetings, they’ve not won one and they’ve only scored five goals while City have scored 33.

“Arsenal losing in Europe in midweek. City were very comfortable against Leipzig, I was there to cover the game, I thought Rico Lewis was outstanding.
“Haaland, will he get on the scoresheet? I think he will.
“I think the run for Man City will continue. I think it will be a good game and I’m going for City to win.”
My View: Erling Haaland will lead Manchester City to win vs Arsenal
In my opinion, Manchester City will win against Arsenal in North London on Sunday.
And, I also believe that Erling Haaland will score.
Yes, the 23-year-old Norway international struggled against Wolverhampton Wanderers, but you cannot keep the Premier League’s best and most potent striker quiet for long.
The City no. 9 has scored eight goals and given one assist in seven Premier League matches so far this season.
I am confident that Haaland will add to that tally against Arsenal on Sunday.
