Khvicha Kvaratskhelia would be open to a transfer to Manchester City, according to his agent, Mamuka Jugeli.
Kvaratskhelia’s agent discussed his client’s willingness towards a potential move to City amongst a number of other European giants while speaking to 1TV Sport Georgia (via CalcioNapoli24) about his future.
Since last season, the Napoli sensation has been renowned as one of Europe’s most devastating wide forwards.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia would be open to Manchester City move, says his agent
During the 2022/2023 season, the 22-year-old registered 12 goals and 13 assists in Serie A to help the Italian side win the title for the first time since 1990.
However, the Georgian winger’s form seems to have taken a dip this campaign, with only five goals and four assists to his name in 16 league starts.
Even so, it seems like Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a wanted man and his agent, Mamuka Jugeli believes he would be open to a move to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

“He would probably agree to play for Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona or Manchester City. Khvicha has different wills and goals: he wants to succeed, and he is already achieving it”, Jugeli told 1TV Sport Georgia (via CalcioNapoli24).
The youngster’s current contract at Napoli expires in the summer of 2027, which would likely mean any interested club would have to pay a king’s ransom to secure his services.
Pep Guardiola’s side do not need Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
Several Manchester City supporters would likely be jumping with joy at the prospect of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia playing his football at the Etihad Stadium, which is a possibility he would be open, as per his agent.
But in our view, the treble-winners do not necessarily need to sign a player like the Serie A winner.
On the left wing, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia would be an additional option for Pep Guardiola, who already has a pair of top-class alternatives in Jack Grealish and Jeremy Doku on the same flank.
If Kvaratskhelia was as impactful on the right wing, however, it would make complete sense for the Sky Blues to target his signature, with the club still yet to successfully replace Mahrez.
