Simon Jordan has revealed whether he thinks Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp is the better manager.
Recently, Gary Neville claimed that in the last six years, the German has outdone the Spaniard.
Last month, however, the pundit’s teammate at Manchester United, Rio Ferdinand ranked Pep Guardiola in second place and Jurgen Klopp in fifth place amongst the greatest managers in Premier League history.
Simon Jordan shares whether Pep Guardiola or Jurgen Klopp is the better manager
In January, Martin Keown claimed that the Catalan is the best coach in the history of the sport.
Retired Barcelona legend Carles Puyol also described his former manager as “the best by far.”
But Simon Jordan has claimed that Jurgen Klopp is a better manager than Pep Guardiola for two reasons.

“In my view, he’s the best manager around”, he said on talkSPORT.
“I do, for different reasons because I think he has to work with a different, as you [Graeme Souness] mentioned, a different level of resource and the brand of football that Jurgen [Klopp] wants to play is more interesting for me on an individual level.”
Flawed argument to claim the Liverpool boss is better than Pep Guardiola
The reasons listed by Simon Jordan to claim that Jurgen Klopp is better than Pep Guardiola are flawed, in our view.
For starters, while the rationale regarding the resources both managers have had at their disposal may be considered fair, it is not as if Guardiola has not achieved as much as possible, if not more than expected with the backing he has received from City.
Unless the notion is that Klopp would have dominated more than the two-time treble-winner at the Etihad Stadium, the mere mention of resources is fairly futile.
Secondly, Simon Jordan mentioned that he prefers the style of football Jurgen Klopp plays to Pep Guardiola.
While that is completely fair, to use that as a reason to justify that Klopp is superior to Guardiola is unwise.
Preferential opinions lead to biased arguments such as these, which defeats the purpose of trying to conclude which manager has been better as objectively as possible.
