Ian Wright stunned by Kyle Walker's pace against Real Madrid

Manchester City are through to the Champions League final, after a stunning performance tonight against Real Madrid.

Pep Guardiola’s side produced one of their best performances all season to beat Real 4-0 at the Etihad, resulting in a 5-1 aggregate scoreline.

City were bang at it right from minute one at the Etihad.

Bernardo Silva, perhaps the best player on the park, scored with a brilliant finish at the near post after a great through ball from Kevin De Bruyne.

He then made it two with a well placed header into the top corner.

In the second-half, Madrid tried to show a bit more. But City were just so comfortable, and a De Bruyne free-kick was then touched in by Manuel Akanji.

It took a deflection off Eder Militao.

Julian Alvarez then grabbed a late fourth for the hosts to cap off a truly amazing evening.

Madrid were extremely disappointing considering their prowess in the Champions League.

But at the same time, City are absolutely sensational this evening.

And one man who again really impressed was Kyle Walker.

The star hardly put a foot wrong all evening and did not give Vinicius Jr a sniff.

The England international was totally comfortable with the ball at his feet, and was well positioned at all times.

And his magnificent pace was often on show. At one point in the first-half, Vinicius looked like he was going to race through from the left side.

He initially got the jump on Walker. But the City man got back somehow and averted the danger.

The 32-year-old was blisteringly quick, and Ian Wright even said on Twitter than the star seems to be getting quicker.

Walker has certainly done his chances of starting the final against Inter Milan no harm at all. What a player.
