Manchester City midfielder Rodri has praised Phil Foden for his ability and what he does on the pitch.
The duo had a successful afternoon on Saturday as they helped the Citizens beat Sheffield United 2-0 in the Premier League, with Rodri scoring the first and Foden assisting both.
Following the win against the Blades, the Spaniard took the time to share his praise for his teammate and what he offers the team.
Rodri heaps praise on Foden

Speaking to Sky Sports (via BBC Sport) after the game, Rodri had this to say about Foden.
He said: “Phil has incredible ability to turn that fast. He has this plasticity with the ball he can turn so quick.
“We had to be patient but when we can find this pass he is a game-changer. He increases the pace, he can shoot and pass.”
This season has seen the Englishman feature in all 19 of City’s Premier League games, scoring five goals and providing six assists along the way.
With some of the midfielder’s goal contributions coming at important moments against the likes of Newcastle United, the away fixture against Sheffield United and last week’s 3-1 win at Everton, this backs up Rodri’s point about Foden being a game-changer.
Looking back on the win against Chris Wilder’s side, the 23-year-old showed how useful and effective he can be in terms of creating and delivering goal contributions for his side.
For example, having provided the assists for both of City’s goals, Foden made six key passes across the 90 minutes, more than any other player on the day.
In terms of the remainder of the campaign, if the England international can continue to have positive impacts on games and keep delivering goals and assists on a consistent basis, he could fire City to their fourth Premier League title in a row.
