Julien Laurens has said that as a PSG fan, his dream signing during the January transfer window would be Erling Haaland.
The respected journalist-cum pundit highlighted that it would be a joy to witness the Manchester City superstar in the same team as Kylian Mbappe on ESPN FC.
It goes without saying that Erling Haaland is not expected to leave the Sky Blues anytime soon, especially this month.
Julien Laurens says Erling Haaland would be his dream January signing as a PSG fan
The £51.2 million (Eurosport) man has raised the bar for goalscorers in world football since linking up with Pep Guardiola in the blue side of Manchester in 2022.
This season as well, Haaland is the joint-top scorer in the Premier League this season (14 goals) as well, despite missing his side’s last four outings through injury.
So far, the Norwegian international has exceeded all the expectations he set as an up-and-coming talent during his spells at RB Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund.
Being a PSG fan, Julien Laurens admitted that signing Erling Haaland in January would be his dream.

“My dream [signing], as in, I can pick anybody?”, he asked on ESPN FC.
“Erling Haaland every day. Imagine a front two of Haaland and [Kylian] Mbappe, we would beat everybody. We would win everything. We would be so good. It would be amazing.”
“Somehow, I think he [Erling Haaland] has more chance of making this happen at Real Madrid than we will ever have at PSG, so fair enough.”
Every team in the world would happily sign Erling Haaland if the opportunity presented itself
A majority of PSG supporters, much like Julien Laurens and football fans as a whole would be salivating at the prospect of Erling Haaland signing for the club they support.
The treble-winner is a phenomenon.
Not many strikers have been as staggeringly dominant at 23 years of age as Haaland has across various clubs in his career.
What is frightening is that Erling Haaland perhaps still has levels to reach before maximising his potential to the fullest.
While a move to PSG and that too in January is seemingly impossible, as a football fan, Julien Laurens is allowed to dream, as many would if asked the same question as him.
