Jamie Carragher has predicted whether Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United or Coventry City will win the FA Cup.
On Sunday, Erik ten Hag’s United shocked Liverpool by beating them 4-3 after extra time, with Amad Diallo capping off their comeback with a composed finish.
As for Chelsea, their game also had late drama, as Carney Chukwuemeka and Noni Madueke scored in the 92nd and 98th minute respectively to help them beat Leicester City 4-2 in the quarter-finals.
With the draw having taken place, Manchester City will go toe-to-toe with Mauricio Pochettino’s side after beating Newcastle United while Manchester United are set to face Coventry City, who beat Wolves in the last eight in a shock win.

As things stand, it seems likely that City and United will face each other in the final in a repeat of last season’s epic clash.
However, Pep Guardiola’s men have not found it easy playing Chelsea, drawing to them twice in frustrating games, where they could certainly have lost in their 4-4 tie at Stamford Bridge.
Jamie Carragher responded to Rio Ferdinand on X by claiming that Manchester City will beat both Chelsea and Manchester United to win the FA Cup this season.
“Relax”, he wrote, followed by a pair of teary-eyed laughing emojis.
“Man City will beat you comfortably in the final & ETH [Erik ten Hag] will still be in charge next season. It’s not the win you think it is.”
Manchester City are undeniable favourites for the competition
In our view, Jamie Carragher is right to back Manchester City to win the FA Cup once again.
While Chelsea have caused City problems in their match-ups this campaign, Guardiola’s side could have far too much quality and winning experience on the day.
The same goes for a possible Manchester Derby in the final, if Manchester City beat the West London giants.
However, the FA Cup is a magical competition full of surprises and one should expect the unexpected.
