Carragher was asked on Goalglobal’s TikTok who he felt was the best player at each Premier League club this term.
And when it came to City, he named striker Erling Haaland, who has been a sensation at the Etihad ever since joining in 2022.

Haaland has enjoyed another superb season at City in which he has gone past the 20-goal mark in the Premier League.
He is currently on 21 goals from 28 Premier League games played, a tally which places him third in the top-flight scorers’ table behind Alexander Isak and Mohamed Salah.
Haaland has a goals-per-game tally of 0.76 for an average of a goal every 118 minutes, and he has also had 102 shots, a 21 percent goal conversion tally and shot accury of 57 percent.
The Norway star has also registered three assists in the Premier League this term, while his overall goal and assist tally for the campaign is 40 appearances, 30 goals and four assists.
Josko Gvardiol has had an especially fine campaign and should also be in the running for City’s Player of the Season, and Kevin De Bruyne could also be in contention.
