Manchester City are reportedly one of the three clubs currently in the mix to land a transfer deal for Benjamin Pavard.
After it was revealed yesterday that Kyle Walker had verbally agreed to join Bayern Munich, it was then claimed that the Manchester club have identified Pavard as their ideal replacement for the Englishman.
Now, some extra details have emerged regarding the Frenchman and which clubs are currently circling around him.
City one of three clubs in for Pavard

In a recent Twitter post, journalist Kerry Hau had this to say on the matter.
He said: “Benjamin Pavard now has three serious options: Manchester City, Manchester United and Juventus. Decision possible next week.
“FC Barcelona is no longer in the running. The Catalans lack the money. FC Bayern wants at least 30 million euros.”
Since joining the German club back in the 2019 summer transfer window, the 27-year-old has made 162 appearances for them across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and delivering 12 assists along the way.

Last season saw the Frenchman feature in 43 games for Thomas Tuchel’s side, two of which came against City in the quarter-final stage of the Champions League.
With 30 Bundesliga appearances under his belt last season, Pavard ended the campaign with the highest average of interceptions per game (1.5) in the Bayern squad as well as the second-highest average of tackles (2.3) and clearances per game (2.5).
Taking into account how Walker could be on his way to Germany in the coming weeks, as well as the fact that Joao Cancelo and Aymeric Laporte have also been mentioned with moves away from the Etihad Stadium this summer, securing a deal for Pavard should be a top priority for the treble winners in our view.
