Kevin De Bruyne has said that John Stones has been ‘unbelievable’ since the defender came to Manchester City.
The playmaker sat down with Stadium Astro to conduct a short interview.

The star spoke about City’s current form, his relationship with Erling Haaland and his favourite assist for the Citizens.
But there was a point when he was asked about Stones, following the defender’s recent transition to a hybrid role.
Pep Guardiola has had the 28-year-old operating as a defender when out of possession, but a midfielder when City have the ball.
The star has really taken to the role, and allows City to have even more control in games.
He has just won City’s Player of the Month award for April, and he certainly deserves it.

Speaking about his teammate, De Bruyne said: “The last months have been really good and we won most of the games. There’s a lot of examples who are in great form and John is one of them. For me, John has been unbelievable since he came here.
“Obviously there’s moments where it goes better or worse.”
So far this term, Stones has made 27 appearances across all competitions.
He undoubtedly would have made more. But he’s had a couple of injuries as is unfortunately usually the case with him in a season.
John Stones has been an amazing signing for Manchester City, as Kevin De Bruyne brands him ‘unbelievable’
Stones has turned out to be an amazing signing for City.
Eyebrows were raised when the club paid what they paid in 2016 (just shy of £50 million). And he did very much come under the microscope for his first couple of campaigns.
But Stones has absolutely blossomed at City and is without any doubt one of the best centre-halves in world football right now.

The way he has handled this new hybrid role has been brilliant, and it’s great to see him emerge as one of Guardiola’s most important players. Former City star Kolo Toure recently branded him ‘a gifted player’.
And to be called ‘unbelievable’ by De Bruyne just says it all. The Belgian does not dish these kind of compliments out regularly, so it’s clear Stones is doing everything right.
