Paul Dickov has said that Matheus Nunes seems to have settled into Manchester City’s team very quickly.
The Manchester club signed the midfielder from fellow Premier League club Wolves in a deal worth a reported fee of £53m towards the end of the previous summer transfer window.
Despite still being a fairly new figure in the team, the Portuguese international has found himself on the end of some praise from one pundit who has a close connection to the club.
Dickov wowed by Nunes impact

Speaking on talkSPORT, Dickov had this to say about Nunes.
He said: “Matheus Nunes has come in from Wolves and looked as if he’s been there for quite a long time.”
Since making his move to the Etihad Stadium, the 25-year-old has made six appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side across all competitions, starting three of them.

Even though the midfielder has only had a handful of chances to show his new manager what he can do on the pitch, it’s positive to hear from Dickov that he feels Nunes already looks the part and has settled into the City team well.
With the Citizens having a big game ahead of them this weekend as they travel to north London to take on Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, this could give the former Wolves star a perfect opportunity to once again show his ability and prove himself.
Moving forward, if the Portuguese international can continue to impress on the pitch and learn what Guardiola wants from him, he’ll definitely find himself on the receiving end of even more praise.
