Manchester City are now trying to beat Chelsea and Real Madrid to the signing of New York Red Bulls wonderkid Julian Hall.

The 15-year-old has already made his senior debut for the New York Red Bulls, becoming the second youngest player in the history of Major League Soccer at 15 years and 190 days, behind Freddy Adu who debuted at 14 years, 306 days.
Manchester United and Bayern Munich are also tracking Hall along with Manchester City, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

We can see why Manchester City want to get their hands on Hall immediately – the teenager appears to be a precocious talent.
The American has scored four goals in just nine appearances for the United States Under-15 side, and the fact he is already playing senior football speaks volumes about his mentality as well as his ability.
Manchester City also find themselves in the advantageous position of being able to send Hall out on loan to another side in the City Football Group – such as Girona – before bringing him to the Etihad Stadium later on.
