Manchester City have been linked with Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz, and it seems that Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson is a fan.
Douglas Luiz, a former Manchester City player who has been linked with a return to the Etihad Stadium, is one of the most underrated players in the Premier League.
That is according to former Arsenal and Villa star Merson.

Merson made the comments about Luiz while watching the Premier League match between Aston Villa and West Ham United at Villa Park on Sunday.
Villa beat West Ham 4-1.
Luiz scored two goals and was arguably the best player on the pitch.
Douglas Luiz has made nine appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The Villa no. 6 has scored five goals in those games.
The 25-year-old Brazil international midfielder has made 149 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
Luiz has scored 16 goals and given 13 assists in those games.

Manchester City are reportedly interested in re-signing Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa.
According to journalist Dean Jones in GiveMeSport, City, who won the Premier League, the UEFA Champions League and the FA Cup last season, are looking for a new midfielder and are keeping tabs on Luiz.
The Citizens are looking at the Villa star as an alternative to Joshua Kimmich of Bayern Munich.
Luiz was on the books of City before he moved to Villa for £15 million in July 2019 (Sky Sports).
The midfielder could not play for City due to work permit issues.
But he has gone from strength to strength at Villa.
Luiz is 25 now and has his best years ahead of him.
I am not surprised at all that City want to bring Luiz back to the Etihad Stadium.
