In a video shared by BBC Sport, Pep Guardiola handed John Motson an invitation to John Motson and his wife to Manchester City’s Tunnel Club, as kind words were shared between the pair during the Centurions campaign.
While Guardiola was appreciative of just how much of a legend Motson was, the latter expressed his delight at witnessing the champagne football on display amongst other things.
