Manchester City remain unbeaten this season and have just won against Wolves in the Premier League.
Manchester City beat Wanderers 2-1 at Molineux on Sunday. John Stones popped up right at the end to score a header, which drew a lot of controversy for the role Bernardo Silva played.
The Portuguese was blocking Jose Sa when Phil Foden took his corner, but moved away from him when Stones made contact with the ball. The goal was initially ruled out for offside, but he was deemed not to be interfering.
City were not at their best against Wolves, and it is clear the team are still trying to adapt playing with Rodri and also Kevin De Bruyne.
In the end, City got the job done but could easily have dropped points.
Josko Gvardiol and Stones have come in for a lot of plaudits for their contributions, but credit must also go to Ederson for one massive moment in the game.
Ederson save from Nelson Semedo was huge for Man City

Wolves took the lead on Sunday through Jorgen Strand Larsen.
It was a well worked goal, with Nelson Semedo providing a superb cross from the right side for the Norwegian.
Then came a very big moment, that has been somewhat forgotten about due to all the talk and controversy around Stones’ winner.
Moments after Wolves scored, the hosts then came forward on another attack, with Matheus Cunha playing in Semedo, who had breached City’s high line.
He went through on goal, but was thwarted by Ederson who had rushed out and spread himself nice and wide. Gvardiol also raced back and applied a bit of pressure from behind.
Had Semedo scored in that moment, the end result could have been entirely different.
A two-goal lead for Wolves should have been a concerning scenario for City, so Ederson making that save was absolutely crucial.
Ederson has stepped up for Man City recently
This was a big moment in the game and Ederson stepped up to the plate.
Wolves going 2-0 up would have made it very difficult for City. We’ve seen Pep Guardiola’s side come from two goals down before, but Wolves are scrapping for their lives down at the bottom and would have been so determined to hold on.
Ederson making the save from Semedo was absolutely key, and just moments later, Gvardiol scored his fantastic goal.
The £35 million Brazilian’s big moment came after he also really stepped up against Fulham before the international break.

Ederson made three saves from Adama Traore, and City ran out 3-2 winners at the Etihad Stadium.
What is becoming apparent this season is that City are quite vulnerable to counter attacks. So the fact Ederson is so alert and speedy off his line is really important.
It is good to see him coming through with big performances. There was a very real possibility he could have left in the summer, with Al-Ittihad making an approach for Ederson.
But Ederson said Guardiola convinced him to stay at Man City and so far, that has looked like an important intervention from the manager.
