Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City winger Cole Palmer this summer.
Earlier this week, it was reported that Ilkay Gundogan is close to making a move to Barcelona as a free agent.
Now though, another member of the City squad has been linked with a move to another European club in this window.
Dortmund eyeing Palmer transfer

According to a recent report from Bild (via BVB Newsblog), Dortmund had an interest in signing Palmer last summer but Pep Guardiola wouldn’t allow him to leave.
However, the City boss has apparently now changed his stance on the winger, who would apparently be willing to make the move to Germany this summer.
With 42 goals and 19 assists to his name from 64 youth appearances with the Manchester club, the 21-year-old has now featured in 38 senior games for Guardiola’s side, across which he has scored four goals and provided two assists.

Last season saw the Englishman start seven of the 25 games he appeared in, but was only able to find the net on one occasion and supply one assist.
Back in March, the youngster admitted that he hadn’t felt he had done his best on the pitch throughout the season, which could be why the City manager could be now willing to let him leave this summer.
Although, given how young he is and the fact that Guardiola has previously described Palmer as a “special” player, we feel that perhaps a loan move away from City this summer to a club where he’d be playing and starting regularly would be the ideal next step for him to improve.
If that is something Dortmund would be willing to do, this is definitely something the Citizens should consider this summer.
