Pep Guardiola has donated his six-figure bonus for winning the Premier League to the staff at Manchester City.
The 52-year-old won his fifth Premier League title in six years with the Citizens last month, which was then followed by them winning the FA Cup by beating Manchester United 2-1 at Wembley Stadium and then the Champions League in Istanbul with a 1-0 win over Inter Milan.
With his seventh season in charge of City now over, some behind-the-scenes details have emerged regarding a significant gesture the manager has made to the people that make the club run on a daily basis.
Guardiola shares Premier League prize money with City staff

According to TNT Sports in Brazil (via The Telegraph) Guardiola has decided to share out the bonus, that is said to be around £750k, across numerous staff members at City including the catering team, receptionists and security staff.
Across City’s 38 league games in their latest campaign, they won 28, drawn five and lost five, scoring more goals (94) than any other side as well as having the joint-fewest goals conceded (33) in the division alongside Newcastle United.

This highlights how the Spaniard has once again set the levels in English football and made his side the best outfit in the country.
Now that this news has emerged that the City boss has shared his prize bonus out to the club staff, this shows how much he values the people that aren’t necessarily involved in the football side of things but help make the club be the way it is in other areas.
