Man City return to Premier League action on Saturday against Everton.
Pep Guardiola’s men have the objective of finishing in the top five for the remaining six games of the campaign and the trip to Goodison Park is set to be a tricky one for the Manchester club as the Toffees have been in good form since the arrival of David Moyes in January.

Last time out, Man City impressed in the second half against Crystal Palace with Kevin De Bruyne shining in the 5-2 victory, making it five games unbeaten for the Manchester club.
Despite this, TNT Sports commentators Rio Ferdinand and Ally McCoist have made surprise predictions for Man City’s trip to Everton.

Rio Ferdinand and Ally McCoist predict Everton vs Man City
This weekend could be a crucial one in Man City’s search for Champions League football as their rivals Aston Villa and Newcastle play each other, while Chelsea face a tough trip to London rivals Fulham.
Points can be gained on Saturday, but Guardiola will know how tricky a test Everton will be after Man City struggled against the Toffees back in December, with the game at the Etihad Stadium finishing 1-1.
That is a scoreline Paul Merson expects between Everton and Man City on Saturday, which is also shared by McCoist, who said the contest will be “one each” when asked for his prediction by the Daily Mail.
The Scottish pundit’s TNT Sports colleague Ferdiand also predicted a draw between the two sides when asked for a result by the Daily Mail, as many seem to believe that Man City will find it difficult to get a win at Goodison Park.

Ally McCoist expects Man City’s Champions League rivals to drop points
Champions League football is essential for Man City and Pep Guardiola next season as the Premier League outfit hope to bring players such as Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz to Manchester this summer.
That would be given a huge boost this weekend if City can bring all three points back from Everton as McCoist also thinks their rivals will drop points.
The TNT Sports pundit has predicted a Aston Villa and Newcastle to share the spoils in a 2-2 draw, and he also believes Chelsea will fall to a 2-1 defeat at Fulham.
Should results go this way, this would see Man City create a bit of a gap on Villa and Chelsea, while going to points behind Newcastle in third.
