After seeing Manchester City wallop Luton Town in the FA Cup, Roy Keane has expressed his concern for Manchester United this weekend.
Erling Haaland scored five goals, with the incredible Kevin De Bruyne assisting four of them, as City demolished Luton 6-2 at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday night.
Mateo Kovacic also got on the scoresheet.
It was a ruthless performance from Haaland, who took his tally of goals for the season up to 27 across all competitions. During the game, Roy Keane branded the superstar ‘world-class’.
Up next for City is United on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium – and Keane gave a rather nervous prediction last night on ITV…
Roy Keane worried for Manchester United after Manchester City thrash Luton

City return to Premier League action against their bitter rivals on Sunday in the 4:30pm kick-off.
United lost to Fulham last weekend and all of a sudden there is pressure on Erik ten Hag again, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe now in place as a minority owner at Old Trafford.
There’s been talk that the Dutchman has work to do to convince Ratcliffe he’s the man to take United forward – a result this weekend against City would certainly help to strengthen his case.
But that will be very difficult if City turn in a performance like they did against Luton – and Keane is worried for his former club.
He said last night on ITV: “Obviously, you have to fancy City. United had a poor result last weekend and United recently have been very easy to play against. If United keep giving up the chances they’ve been giving up over the last month or two, then City will punish them.
“Hopefully a good United team will turn up and put in a decent performance, but they will certainly be up against it.”
City sent a message with Luton performance
City could not really have asked for a better performance and result on Tuesday, ahead of this weekend’s Manchester Derby.
City were just fantastic at Kenilworth Road, and Haaland and De Bruyne were just otherworldly as they picked the Hatters apart.
It was a statement win and display, and United are really going to have to pull something out of the bag to come away from the Etihad with any points.
United have of course rocked up to the Etihad and won games of football before, but City are on a charge right now and it would be disappointing if points were dropped by the home side here.
