Manchester City have deployed Bernardo Silva and Ruben Dias in an attempt to sign Pedro Neto from Wolves.
That is according to Football Transfers.
So, what is the situation involving Pedro Neto and Manchester City? Let’s take a look…
Manchester City want Pedro Neto
Well – according to Football Transfers – Pep Guardiola has earmarked the Wolves No.7 as a primary target this summer.
It is said that Manchester City are ready to promise Neto a spot in the starting XI as Txiki Begiristain aims to fend off Arsenal in the race for the Portugal international’s signature.
Football Transfers add that Silva and Dias have already spoken to the 23-year-old about joining them at the Etihad Stadium.

The report also states that Manchester City have already – allegedly – adopted this tactic last year, when Guardiola asked Kevin De Bruyne to speak to Jeremy Doku about joining the Citizens.
As aforesaid, Arsenal are also keen to sign Neto, although Mikel Arteta is believed to hold reservations about where the Viana do Castelo-born attacker will play with Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli already on the flanks.
Pep Guardiola already has a plan for Pedro Neto
Interestingly, Football Transfers also claim that Guardiola – who wanted to sign the Portuguese forward before he joined Wolves – will move Foden into the centre permanently to accommodate Neto.
The £18m winger has made it clear to interested parties that he will only leave Molineux for somewhere he is guaranteed to play regularly, as he aims to continue his excellent progress following a serious knee injury.

Neto has shone under Gary O’Neil so far this season with one goal and eight assists in just 11 Premier League appearances. No player has set up more goals in England’s top-flight this term.
Be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as anything could happen in the summer.
