Football fans are not happy about the latest news that has emerged regarding Manchester City loanee Jack Grealish.
The winger got his Everton career off to a flying start last weekend as the 29-year-old produced two assists to help David Moyes’ side to a 2-0 win over Brighton.
Man City fans were delighted with Grealish’s performance, as the City loanee begins a campaign that he hopes will see him included in the England squad next summer when the Three Lions travel to compete in the FIFA World Cup.
Thomas Tuchel has decided to leave Grealish out of his squad for the upcoming international break, and it is a decision many fans are not happy with.

Fans are not happy with Jack Grealish being left out of the England squad
England will play Andorra and Serbia during the upcoming international break, and Tuchel has named his squad for the fixtures on Friday, with Grealish not on the list.
Tuchel is believed to be a big fan of Grealish; however, the German coach has opted for Jarrod Bowen, Eberechi Eze, Anthony Gordon, Marcus Rashford and Noni Madueke for the wide positions in his team.
Fans have been reacting to this news, and many are specifically fuming about Madueke being included in the Three Lions squad over Grealish, following the Everton star’s performance at the weekend.
One fan wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter): “Noni Madueke getting called up over Jack Grealish is scandalous. Tuchel don’t have a scooby does he.”
Another fan commented on Tuchel’s decisions by adding: “Room for Jordan Henderson in the England squad but not Jack Grealish. Ok.”
Others had a more measured view on the Grealish decision, with one fan writing: “To be expected, I think. He hasn’t played a lot of football lately, as he needs games. He needs games, and looking at him, in a couple of months, he’s going to be flying.”
Jack Grealish has a tough task of making England’s World Cup squad
At the start of June, Tuchel made it clear to Grealish that he needed more minutes if he wanted to play for England again, which is one of the main reasons why the winger left Man City this summer.
To get into the World Cup squad next summer, the 29-year-old will need to have an incredible season, as this current squad shows the competition the Everton star faces, as he could not get in it even with Bukayo Saka out injured.
| Player | Games | Goals | Assists |
| Jack Grealish | 32 | 3 | 5 |
| Marcus Rashford | 41 | 11 | 9 |
| Noni Madueke | 46 | 11 | 5 |
Grealish will have his eye on the spots Rashford and Madueke are taking up, as both are not starters for their clubs, while the Everton star is, which gives him an advantage.
The next international break arrives at the start of October, and that will be interesting to see how Tuchel views the 29-year-old when that time comes around.
