Tottenham Hotspur defender Destiny Udogie has shared his admiration for Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker.
The Italian is in the midst of his first full season at the north London club, which is where City bought Walker from back in 2017 for £50m, after Spurs signed him from Udinese during the 2022 summer transfer window before loaning him back to the Serie A club for the 2022/23 season.
With a few months of English football now under his belt, the 21-year-old has been sharing his thoughts on some of the past and present full-backs the Premier League has seen, with one current star getting a special mention.
Udogie says Walker is better than Gary Neville

Speaking in a recent video shared on Prime Video Sport’s Tik Tok channel, Udogie had this to say when asked who he feels is better out of Walker and former Manchester United right-back Gary Neville.
He said: “I think Walker. He’s so complete and he has everything, I just like him as a player.”
During his time at the Manchester club, the 33-year-old has made 284 appearances across all competitions, scoring six goals, providing 21 assists and winning many trophies along the way including five Premier League titles.
This isn’t the first time someone who has played as a full-back has said that Walker has surpassed Neville as a player, as Micah Richards said back in September that the City star has “more to his game” than the former Red Devil had.
As well as that, Pep Guardiola also said in September that Walker’s physical attributes are “incomparable” and make him a “unique” player.
Now that Udogie has shared his thoughts and appreciation for the veteran, this will further increase his status as being one of the best full-backs English football has produced and one of the most respected players City have in their squad.
