Neil Lennon has shared what he has noticed about Manchester City fans in recent weeks.
The Manchester club’s latest Premier League outing saw them draw 2-2 against Crystal Palace at the Etihad Stadium after being 2-0 up in the 54th minute.
This has resulted in Pep Guardiola’s side now having only won one of their six previous league games and drawn their three previous games at home.
Their latest match ended with another two points being dropped on home turf, which led to a rather negative reaction from the crowd, which one pundit and former City player picked up on.
Lennon highlights City fan reaction after Palace draw

Posted in BBC Sport’s live tracker of Saturday’s Premier League fixtures, Lennon had this to say about what happened at full-time between City and Palace.
He said: “There are boos ringing around the stadium and I can understand it. Palace didn’t have any form coming into the game and they got two chances and took them.
“There has been a little bit of a flatness here [at the Etihad Stadium] in recent weeks, and they didn’t put them away.”
Having blown a two-goal lead at home against a side that went into the game in a bad run of form, it’s understandable why some City fans were not overly pleased by what they saw from their team in the final period of the match, especially since they’ve been dropping points fairly recently over the past few weeks.
With the Manchester club now set to take part in the FIFA Club World Cup, it could be ideal for them to use this time to win the trophy and get themselves in a good place to restart their Premier League campaign and get a consistent run of victories under their belt and get rid of the flatness that Lennon has noticed.
