Manchester City fancy signing Jack Grealish – and it looks like he was impressed with a potential future teammate last night.
City were in Champions League action on Tuesday night, hosting Borussia Dortmund in the last eight of the competition.
Kevin De Bruyne fired City ahead, and whilst Marco Reus levelled it up for Dortmund, Phil Foden grabbed a late winner to seal a 2-1 victory.
City will now be favourites to go through despite that away goal, and it was another superb performance from De Bruyne.
‘KDB’ was imperious again, as not only did he score, he created the winning goal with a fine cross for Ilkay Gundogan, who then found Foden to score.
De Bruyne is the heartbeat of the City side and one of the most creative players in world football, and Pep Guardiola seems to have a plan to team him up with Grealish.
City are leading the way to sign the Aston Villa captain according to the Daily Mail, and Grealish is excited about playing for Guardiola.
It looks like he’d quite like to play with De Bruyne too, hailing the Belgian on Twitter having witness his artistry against Dortmund last night.
