Jude Bellingham has now heaped praise on Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, who left Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund in 2020.
The England international made the comments when speaking to Tuttosport.
So, what did Jude Bellingham say about Jamie Bynoe-Gittens? Let’s take a look…
What Jude Bellingham said about Jamie Bynoe-Gittens
Well – as far as the Real Madrid No.5 is concerned – Manchester City let a real diamond slip away.
When asked who he thinks could win the next edition of the Golden Boy – awarded to the best player in a major league under the age of 21 – Bellingham said: “First of all, Arda Guler, who has now recovered from the injuries that prevented him from making his debut for Real. He is a phenomenon. We see him in training and we are enchanted by him.
“Then my old teammate Jamie Bynoe-Gittens from Borussia Dortmund, top talent. Finally my brother Jobe, a thoroughbred striker like our father.”

The 19-year-old is certainly starting to step things up in Germany.
Bynoe-Gittens has scored two goals and provided three assists in ten appearances for Borussia Dortmund so far this season, including a strike against AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League.
The teenager has also been described as one of the best dribblers on the planet by his Borussia Dortmund teammate Karim Adeyemi.
Why Manchester City let Jamie Bynoe-Gittens go
By the sounds of it, Manchester City found themselves in a similar situation to when Jadon Sancho moved to Borussia Dortmund.
The Citizens seemingly had no choice but to let Bynoe-Gittens leave.

According to the Bundesliga’s official website, the England Under-21 international rejected the offer of a new contract at Manchester City in favour of joining Borussia Dortmund.
Therefore, the treble winners cannot exactly be held accountable for Bynoe-Gittens wanting to try a new experience.
