Manchester City have now completed the signing of Rayan Ait-Nouri.

The Algeria international has signed a five-year contract at the Etihad Stadium after Manchester City agreed a £36.3m fee with Wolves, bolstering the left-back department for Pep Guardiola.

Tijjani Reijnders is also close to joining, with the Dutchman currently undergoing a medical.

Now, a goalkeeper could soon follow Rayan Ait-Nouri as Gianluigi Donnarumma discusses a move to the Premier League with his Italy teammates.

Gianluigi Donnarumma considering Manchester City move as contract talks with PSG hit a wall

L’Equipe in France now state that the Italy international is tempted by a move to England, after Manchester City and Manchester United both made approaches.

The French news outlet believe Donnarumma is considering an exit from PSG so strongly, that he has even asked teammates what the Premier League is like, as the glovesman enters the final 12 months of his contract at the Parc des Princes.

Luis Campos – Director of Football at PSG – is keen to ensure any new contracts come with a lower base salary, with bonus payments for appearances made, although this approach is yet to result in an agreement with the man born in Castellammare di Stabia.

Now, the situation has reached a stage where PSG are thinking about telling Donnarumma to take it or leave it, as the possibility of the 26-year-old leaving Paris becomes a real possibility.

Amidst this contract dispute, PSG have placed a €40m (£34m) valuation on their No.1 – a low fee representative of the fact he is set to become a free agent next summer, as things stand.

The latest on Ederson and Stefan Ortega as Manchester City await Gianluigi Donnarumma decision

Guardiola has already said Ederson and Stefan Ortega will stay – despite interest from Saudi Arabia and Bayer Leverkusen respectively – so many might be wondering why there has been an approach for Donnarumma.

However, Ederson is open to a move to the Saudi Pro League, and with only 12 months remaining on his own contract, the situation involving the Brazil international seems far from over just yet.

Therefore, Donnarumma could come in and immediately be named as the new No.1 at Manchester City, should he and PSG continue to face difficulty during contract talks.
