After Bristol City lost 3-0 to Manchester City in the FA Cup, courtesy of an ‘awesome’ Phil Foden brace and a Kevin De Bruyne belter, Alex Scott said that Jack Grealish is his favourite player.
Pep Guardiola went on to describe the Englishman as an ‘unbelievable player’ via HITC Football, who has been likened to the former Aston Villa attacker by his own teammate Andreas Weimann.
As Alex Scott earned rave reviews for his sparkling display against Manchester City, he expressed the honour of playing against his favourite player in Jack Grealish.

The England international came late on in the game and managed to have an instant impact, assisting Kevin De Bruyne’s screamer from outside the box to put the score beyond the hosts’ reach.
In an interview with ITV Sport, Alex Scott namechecked Jack Grealish as his favourite player, after being quizzed about the standout players in his opinion for Manchester City in their thrashing of Bristol City.
“I think, obviously all of them. Phil Foden, he’s a top, top player and for me, my favourite player’s [Jack] Grealish. So [for] him to come on and play against him is a bit of a dream come true for me. I think that’s the level that I want to be at.”
“Obviously, watching [Kevin] De Bruyne’s, Foden’s, Grealish’s growing up, to be on the same pitch as them there and see how good they are in real life was a special feeling and I think that’s where I want to be in the future.”
“Obviously, 19 now and still got years ahead of me but playing against players like that and seeing that live in the flesh, it shows you the level you have to be at.”
Jack Grealish, who continues to improve in a Manchester City shirt would be delighted to know that England’s next up-and-coming superstar attacker regards him as his favourite player.
