Manchester City attacker Jack Grealish thought that he had scored for England against Australia, but it was Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins who got the ball into the net.
Jack Grealish started for England against Australia at Wembley Stadium in London on Friday evening.
The Manchester City star, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, did not have a particularly good game.
The £300,000-a-week (Spotrac) 28-year-old could not get past opposition players and often passed the ball backwards.
Some England fans were not impressed.
They even blamed City manager Pep Guardiola.

Grealish, though, was involved in the only goal of the match.
The former Villa star received a wonderful ball from Liverpool and England international right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The 28-year-old shot on goal from an angle.
Villa striker Ollie Watkins turned it in.
How Jack Grealish reacted to Ollie Watkins scoring for England
Former Liverpool and England international defender Stephen Warnock was following the match for BBC Radio 5 Live.
And, the BBC Sport pundit noted that Grealish was not happy that Watkins took his goal away.
Warnock said on BBC Radio 5 Live: “Ollie Watkins isn’t offside, he runs from behind as Australia switch off for a second.
“Jack Grealish is absolutely furious, he thought his shot was on target, it wasn’t.
“Watkins had to tap it in at the back post.”
Jack Grealish’s shot was not going in
I do not think that Jack Grealish’s effort would have gone in.
I believe that the ball was likely to go out, or at the most, hit the post.
In my opinion, Ollie Watkins was right to turn in Grealish’s shot,
I am sure that Grealish and Watkins would have spoken later about it.
Grealish is a very good player and is an important figure in the England team.
