Manchester City are set to lock horns with bitter rivals Manchester United in Sunday’s big Premier League derby at Old Trafford.
Pep Guardiola’s charges will be eager to cement their spot in the Premier League’s top four after claiming a 2-0 win over Leicester City in midweek.
Manchester City will be taking on a Manchester United side still floundering in the bottom half, having lost their last game away at Nottingham Forest.
Chris Sutton has now predicted how City will fare at the home of their local rivals.

Chris Sutton predicts 2-1 win for Manchester City at Old Trafford
Sutton was critical of both United and City, saying the former are short of goals while the latter have not clicked often enough this season.
However, he reckons the visitors will have just enough to get over the line as he predicted a 2-1 win for City.
“People are saying United played well against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, and they dominated the ball, but they looked a bigger threat when Harry Maguire came on at the end of the game,” Sutton wrote on BBC Sport.
“Is there a chance of big Harry playing up front from the start here? That would be funny, but it is not going to happen.
“Manchester City will have to try something different in their attack too, with Erling Haaland out injured.
“They have not clicked often enough this season, especially in the bigger games, and I still don’t feel you can trust them to turn up the way they always used to – but this time I have a feeling they will find a way through.
“If Amorim did manage to get the better of Pep Guardiola for a third time this season, then United would probably be selling T-shirts to mark the achievement. I don’t see it happening though.”
Manchester United v Manchester City team news
City will be without Erling Haaland for around seven weeks after suffering an ankle injury in the FA Cup win over Bournemouth.
The City striker joins Manuel Akanji, Nathan Ake, Erling Haaland, Rodri and John Stones on the sidelines.
However, Abdukodir Khusanov is in contention to start in defence, having been rested for the win over Leicester City.
As for United, Kobbie Mainoo is in line to return after two months out with a calf injury.
Matthijs de Ligt is a doubt after picking up an injury against Forest, while Ayden Heaven, Jonny Evans, Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw are all on the sidelines.
