Oscar Bobb has revealed Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is always on hand to help him at the club.
The youngster has given an interview with the club, and was asked how it is working day in day out with so many top-class players.
Bobb was promoted to the first-team for the 2023/24 season.
He impressed out in Asia in pre-season.
And Bobb has been kept around by City officials and Pep Guardiola, who believe he can make an impact this term.
So far, he’s made a couple of cameo appearances for City.
Fans are hoping he’ll perhaps be able to enjoy a breakout like Rico Lewis, whom Bobb has branded one of the best young talents in the world.
Oscar Bobb says Erling Haaland is always giving him advice at Manchester City
It is perhaps no surprise that there is a good bond between Bobb and Haaland.

They both hail from Norway, and Bobb is surely very keen to pick Haaland’s brains at every opportunity, given his amazing rise.
Haaland is still only 23 himself.
But he’s already achieved a lot, and is, of course, one of the best players in world football. Indeed, Txiki Begiristian recently branded Haaland ‘world-class’ after he won PFA Player of the Year for 2022/23.
Bobb said of his compatriot (mancity.com): “Erling, fellow Norwegian. He’s very nice, and helps me a lot.
“He’s a great guy to take advice from. So of course, little bits here and there. That’s helped me a lot.”
Good on Haaland
It’s great to hear Haaland has essentially got Bobb under his wing at City.
It will be absolutely invaluable for Bobb to stay close to the £51 million striker, given the amazing things he’s achieved and how good a player he is.

But of course, there are many amazing players at City, and Bobb needs to be picking the brains of everyone.
Bernardo Silva, Jack Grealish and even new signing Jeremy Doku would be good players to get pally with, as they are all players that can play out wide like Bobb.
