Marco Rose has lavished praise upon former RB Leipzig and now-Manchester City defender Josko Gvardiol.
As quoted by Leipzig’s official Twitter account, the German gave his two cents on the £200,000-a-week (Sportrac) man.
It’s safe to say that Marco Rose needs no reminding of how splendid a player Manchester City have signed in Josko Gvardiol.
Marco Rose raves about ‘quality’ Manchester City centre-back Josko Gvardiol
Branded as ‘phenomenal’ by Mateo Kovacic, the 21-year-old has been an instant hit at the Etihad Stadium.
Starting four out of seven games this season, it is clear to see that the Croatian international impressed Pep Guardiola from the get-go.
Now, Marco Rose has lauded Josko Gvardiol and given his thoughts on his time at Manchester City so far.

“It’s no surprise that Josko hasn’t had any problems settling in at Manchester City, he’s a quality player, a fast learner and very down-to-earth. He’ll do well there”, he said.
“We’re looking forward to seeing him again. Not only is he a great player but he’s also a top bloke!”
Josko Gvardiol is destined to go to the absolute top
Marco Rose is bang on the money about how comfortable the highly-rated talent has looked in a Manchester City shirt.
Operating as a left-back for the most part in sky blue, the youngster has shown little to no signs of looking out of his depth in an unnatural position.
As a pure defender, Gvardiol has shown time and again that not many can give him a tough time on the pitch.
While in possession, it could even be argued that the full range of Gvardiol’s brilliance on the ball is yet to have even been unleashed.
Managed by Pep Guardiola and being a part of the best team in the world, the sky is well and truly the limit for Josko Gvardiol at Manchester City.
