Chelsea poster-boy Cole Palmer has picked John Stones in his dream five-a-side team.
The Wythenshawe-born winger hailed Stones in a segment he did with the Carabao Cup (via Twitter).
Training and playing alongside the five-time Premier League winner at Manchester City for years, Cole Palmer has an idea of how special a player he is.
Cole Palmer hails “amazing” John Stones
Recently, legendary Italian centre-back Leonardo Bonucci also praised John Stones as “one of the best in the world.”
In November, John Obi Mikel also claimed that the £250,000-a-week (Sport Rac) man is “massively important” to how City play.
Picking his dream five-a-side team, Cole Palmer opted for John Stones in the centre of defence, as he went on to briefly praise him.

“My two centre-backs will be John Stones, I think he’s an amazing player and a great person. Thiago Silva’s the next one, really good player”, he said in a video with the Carabao Cup (via Twitter).
John Stones would be the dream defender in a five-a-side match
Many would agree with Cole Palmer deciding to pick John Stones in his five-a-side team.
One of the primary reasons why the 29-year-old started to generate a buzz during his time at Everton is due to how splendid he was with the ball at his feet.
At Manchester City, John Stones has upped his game in possession to the extent that he is trusted by Pep Guardiola to play in the middle of the park.
As a result, to have an asset like Stones on the ball in a small-sided game would help any five-a-side team.
Additionally, the former Barnsley colossus is a world-class defender, whether that be inside the box or when asked to defend the channels.
All in all, John Stones is readymade for five-a-side games where one would expect him to dominate as he does for club and country at the highest level.
