A report has shared how Ederson feels about a potential move to Saudi club Al-Nassr.
The Manchester City number one is the subject of a lot of speculation at the moment, which rather came out of the blue a few weeks ago.
The Brazilian stopper has been the club’s number one since he signed in the summer of 2017.
He has won all there is to win at the Etihad Stadium, and now speculation is rife that he could be moving on. Stefan Ortega did sign a new contract earlier this summer, which may well point to him departing.
It has been claimed Al-Nassr are keen to sign and have presented a contract offer.
Now, there is word on how Ederson feels about the potential move.
Ederson ‘interested’ potential move to Al-Nassr

On Wednesday, it was reported that Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr had offer Ederson a two-year contract worth £50 million.
It has now been reported by Foot Mercato that Ederson does not rule out a departure this summer. Journalist Santi Aouna adds via X that the South American is indeed ‘interested’ in joining Al-Nassr in particular, following their huge contract offer.
But at the moment Ederson is still deciding. There has also been no contact yet between Manchester City and any clubs regarding Ederson’s potential transfer.
Of course last summer, City did business with Al-Nassr when the Saudi club signed Aymeric Laporte. So there is a good relationship there.
If Ederson does give the green light, City will be ready to work with Al-Nassr to find an agreement. As we know, it is not like City to stand in the way of players who want to leave.
If a club can pay what the club are asking for, a deal will be done.
Losing Ederson would be a big blow
While City have an excellent number two in Ortega, it would be a big blow to lose Ederson this summer.
Ultimately, he is integral to the way City play out from the back so effectively, and it has been that way for years.
Ortega – who could very well step up and become the new number one if Ederson does go – is a good ball-playing ‘keeper in his own right. But he does not have the same range of speed on the ball as Ederson.
Hopefully if £100,000-a-week star Ederson does decide that he wants to leave, then City will be able to bring in a fairly big fee for the player. He remains one of the best goalkeepers in the world, so he should bring in considerably more than the £35 million City paid for him back in 2017.
