Manchester City are the only team in the Premier League to not lose a game this season.
With nine matches played, City have won seven and drawn two, scoring more goals (20) than any other side in the division along the way.
Despite recently being knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Tottenham Hotspur, Pep Guardiola’s side have also not been beat in the Champions League this season.
Even though results have largely gone in their favour so far this season, one thing that the Blues have had to deal with that they rather wouldn’t is injuries.
In the middle of the October and November international breaks, City have themselves a significant injury list, with numerous figures from their squad out of action on the sidelines.
For the Premier League title race, the Blues look to have Arsenal and Liverpool as their main rivals for the trophy they’ve lifted four years in a row.
Taking that into account, let’s take a look at how City’s injury list compares to their title rivals.

City suffered a double injury scare during Spurs defeat
In the warm-up to the recent defeat at Spurs, Manuel Akanji was forced to drop out of the starting XI after picking up an injury issue.
Since then, it has been revealed that Akanji is hopeful of training ahead of Saturday’s Premier League match against Bournemouth after saying that he felt a tightness in his groin.
Then after seeing Savinho get stretchered off in the second half at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Guardiola said this after the match on the matter.
He said: “He had a knock in the 18-yard box, potential penalty, and we’ll see tomorrow what happened. We have to see if it [was] just a knock or something else because it was on the bone.
“Hopefully it’s nothing dangerous, but we’ll see tomorrow.”
While Arsenal and Liverpool are currently dealing with their own injury problems as well as City, each of the three sides will be aiming to deal with these issues as best as they can to remain in the title race.
