Ilkay Gundogan has played alongside a wide range of top-level players during his time at Manchester City.
Having made 308 appearances for City, the German has shared the pitch with some of the best players that the Manchester club have ever had in their ranks.
After spending one year at Barcelona, Gundogan made a return to the Etihad Stadium on a free transfer during the previous summer window.
Now though, the 33-year-old has been given a difficult question to answer concerning two of the most well-known former City stars he used to have as teammates.

Ilkay Gundogan picks between David Silva and Yaya Toure
Appearing in a winner-stays-on challenge, Gundogan was asked to pick between certain former Premier League midfielders based on who he thinks were better.
When asked to pick between David Silva and Yaya Toure, Gundogan chose Silva.
Silva and Toure are both City legends
In his first stint at City, Gundogan played with Silva and Toure, racking up 105 appearances alongside the Spaniard and 16 with the Ivorian.
Toure spent eight years at the Manchester club, during which he scored 80 goals and delivered 47 assists in 316 appearances between 2010 and 2018.
Some of those goals came in some of City’s biggest games such as the 2011 FA Cup final and the 2014 Carabao Cup final.
Then with Silva, he appeared in 436 games with the Blues across all competitions between 2010 and 2020, scoring 77 goals and delivering 130 assists along the way.
After he left the club, Silva was commemorated with a statue of himself out the Etihad in recognition of his efforts for the Blues.
Gundogan isn’t the first current City player to share his admiration for the Spaniard, as Kyle Walker recently said that Silva is the best player he’s ever had as a teammate.
While Gundogan may have eventually picked Silva over Toure, there’s no doubt that they are both club legends who had such a significant impact while they were wearing the shirt.
