After Manchester City defeated Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 on Saturday, Paul Dickov lavished praise upon Jeremy Doku.
Speaking on City’s official full-time show after the contest, the pundit was quizzed about the £55 million (Independent) man’s performance against Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
Paul Dickov went on to laud Jeremy Doku, who showed once again in his side’s win against Brighton how he has settled in at Manchester City in no time.

Pep Guardiola was also clearly floored by the Belgian after the game, branding him as an ‘exceptional winger.’
The 21-year-old set up Julian Alvarez’s opener with a sumptuous piece of dribbling, whilst going on to rip the Seagulls’ defence to shreds throughout the clash.
Apart from the fact that Jeremy Doku starred against Brighton, Paul Dickov pinpointed how impressive it is that he has instantly looked like a Manchester City player.

“He’s a young boy, not used to this style of play, came from mid-table France. You know, usually when we sign players, they’re playing at a top level whichever country they’re in. I’m pleasantly surprised, he looks a threat every time he gets it [the ball]”, he said.
“Just said it in the first half, I felt sorry for James Milner.”
Jeremy Doku has done what no other new winger has under Pep Guardiola
Paul Dickov is spot on as the Manchester City new-boy deservedly earned such praise after his devastating display against Brighton.
While names like Bernardo Silva, Riyad Mahrez and Jack Grealish all struggled in their debut campaigns at the Etihad Stadium, the same cannot be said for the highly-rated speedster.
From day one, Doku has looked the part and is staking a claim as an undroppable presence in this side.
Considering Manchester City have just come off the back of a treble-winning season, that makes his instant adaptation all the more impressive.
