Don Hutchison has suggested Liverpool to try and wrap up an audacious transfer for Manchester City right-back Kyle Walker.
The outspoken pundit took to Twitter to make the suggestion, considering the £50 million (Guardian) man was reported to be in ‘advanced talks’ to join Bayern Munich on Monday.
With Kyle Walker looking primed to leave Manchester City, Don Hutchison believes Liverpool should be trying to sign him.
Don Hutchison suggests Liverpool to complete Kyle Walker transfer
Branded as a player who was always ‘technical’ by ex-Sheffield United academy coach Ron Reid via City’s official website, the 33-year-old was reportedly gutted not to start in the Champions League final and desires more playing time.
After winning the treble, Walker seems to be fancying a move to Bayern Munich, who remain a genuine European powerhouse and where he is likely to be a regular starter.
However, Don Hutchison has advised Liverpool to hijack the move and bring Manchester City legend Kyle Walker to Anfield.

“If I were Liverpool, I’d be signing Kyle Walker in a heartbeat.”
However, that would be easier said than done.
Virtually impossible for Kyle Walker joins the Reds
While it is not a cardinal sin to leave Manchester City to sign for Liverpool or vice-versa as Don Hutchison implies, the veteran, who is one of the former’s captains is unlikely to after the rivalry between the two clubs over the years.
To add to that, it seems like Walker is edging closer and closer to a move to the Bundesliga champions in any case.
In addition, Liverpool are not expected to win either the Premier League or the Champions League next season and at 33, why would the England international join a club that find themselves in a rebuilding phase?
Having completed football at club level at least, Walker would seemingly much rather experience playing abroad for a club that have a chance of winning the treble, much like Manchester City and understandably so.
